In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr86" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the pkr86 platform, its operating entity, and any subsidiaries or affiliates involved in delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the pkr86 website accessible at pkr86.app, any associated mobile applications, and all digital services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, browses the Platform, or uses any service provided by pkr86.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their pkr86 Account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by pkr86 prior to processing withdrawals, which may include submission of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported by the Platform for deposits, withdrawals, and display of balances.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and pkr86 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Use of the pkr86 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pkr86 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a pkr86 employee or contractor, unless written consent has been obtained from pkr86 management.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any international sanctions or financial crime watchlist at the time of registration or at any point during the lifetime of your Account.
• You must hold only one (1) active Account at any time. Creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

To access real-money gaming features on pkr86, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

pkr86 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

• Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pkr86. Duplicate Accounts detected by our fraud systems will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• pkr86 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify pkr86 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• pkr86 reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

pkr86 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All Real Money Balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. pkr86 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Prior to processing any withdrawal, pkr86 is required to complete KYC verification including confirmation of a valid Pakistani CNIC. Processing times vary by payment method but pkr86 endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests promptly.

• pkr86 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the pkr86 Account holder.
• pkr86 may delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Active Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• pkr86 reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction costs from withdrawal amounts where such costs are incurred by the platform on your behalf.

pkr86 offers a variety of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited at the sole discretion of pkr86 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice where required for regulatory compliance.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus Balances and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from the Account without notice.
• pkr86 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withhold withdrawal of funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or use of prohibited betting patterns designed to reduce risk artificially.
• Free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

All games offered on the pkr86 Platform — including casino slots, live dealer table games, instant win games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game or betting market interface. These general Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules.

pkr86 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis to ensure statistical fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots are available within individual game information panels.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final. pkr86 will not reverse a settled bet on the grounds that the Player did not intend to place it, placed it in error, or changed their mind.

• For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Displayed odds at the moment of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, provided no system error has occurred.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during live sporting events due to significant match incidents, data delays, or integrity concerns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr86 Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime, including structuring deposits to evade transaction reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage, including exploiting RNG seed vulnerabilities or game logic flaws.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or otherwise interact with games in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to systematically extract value from promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Charging back deposits to your payment provider after using the deposited funds for gaming activity on the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your Account.

All content on the pkr86 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software code, written content, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of pkr86 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pkr86.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use pkr86 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of pkr86 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pkr86.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr86 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity, including losses sustained due to technical faults where the game outcome was not materially affected.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond pkr86's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Any loss arising from your compliance or non-compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding online gaming.

pkr86's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance held at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation applies even if pkr86 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

pkr86 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pkr86.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr86 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies where required to operate the Platform lawfully.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkr86 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

pkr86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold balances pending investigation, and/or void outstanding bets where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pkr86 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime involving your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies; administrative fees may be deducted from dormant balances as specified in the Platform's fee schedule).
• Continued operation of your Account would expose pkr86 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

pkr86 is not required to provide advance notice of Account suspension in cases involving suspected fraud or serious breach of these Terms. Where suspension is precautionary pending investigation, pkr86 will communicate the status of the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr86 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected]. pkr86 will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pkr86's licensing authority.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Any legal proceedings arising from unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

pkr86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform with the effective date updated accordingly. Where changes are material, pkr86 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via Account notification or email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
